Tyson comes to the ring accompanied by Punch-Out!!! - Theme Song. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stifler fails to land with a series of punches.
Stifler lands a slapping body shot.
A big right from Tyson misses.
Tyson lands with an overhand left.
Stifler misses with an uppercut
and Tyson counters with a right hand to the body.
Stifler throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Stifler lands with a cross.
Stifler fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tyson lands a body shot.
Stifler throws a jab but it's blocked by Tyson.
Tyson takes a swing at Stifler 's ribcage but misses.
Stifler 's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Tyson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Stifler scrambles back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stifler throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Donk. Tyson catches Stifler right on the button with a cross.

Stifler is rocked!
Tyson tries to work over Stifler 's front leg with a kick but Stifler checks it.
Tyson thuds a left hand into Stifler 's body.

Stifler connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Stifler staying out of range there.
Tyson moves out of range of the strikes.
Stifler throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tyson half committed to a counter leg kick.
Tyson misses the jab.
Stifler swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tyson looks to throw the jab but Stifler is out of range.
Tyson lands with a nice body punch.
Stifler fails with an attempt to clinch.
Stifler dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Tyson throws a lazy uppercut
and Stifler counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Stifler throws a poor cross that misses

and Tyson counters with a really nice, stiff jab that drops Stifler onto his ass. He'll have to take the mandatory count from the referee but he's back on his feet and he seems OK to continue.
Stifler is still on wobbly legs! Can Tyson finish him?

It looks like Steve Stifler has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stifler throws a lazy right hand but Tyson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Stifler cracks Tyson with an open hand slap.
Stifler uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tyson.
Stifler seems to have recovered his senses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Stifler drops his guard momentarily, allowing Tyson to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Stifler ! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Tyson takes it!
