Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sven Hansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stevens has chosen Can't Hold Us as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Sven Hansson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Sven Hansson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Hansson displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Hansson swings for the body but Stevens moves out of range.
Hansson just misses with a punch to the body.
Hansson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Stevens has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Hansson scoring well with a low kick there.
Hansson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Hansson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Victor Stevens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stevens tries to clinch but Hansson is having none of it.
As Stevens backs away, Hansson returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stevens moves into range and clinches up with Hansson.

Stevens takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hansson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Stevens's sensitive parts.
Stevens tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hansson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Stevens throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Stevens is looking to land body kicks.
Stevens changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hansson tries to avoid it but Stevens manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hansson to the ground. Hansson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Hansson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Stevens smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Stevens tries a head kick but it misses.
Stevens throws a lazy right hand but Hansson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Hansson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Stevens.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Hansson prevents Stevens from getting back to his feet.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Stevens wants to get back to his feet but Hansson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Stevens trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

It looks like Victor Stevens has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hansson cracks a nice hook into Stevens's ribs.
Stevens is still on wobbly legs! Can Hansson finish him?
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Hansson engages and cracks Stevens with a massive lead left hook - Stevens tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Hansson is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
