Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clay Bean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyf Kgg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyf Kgg has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Clay Bean's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Clay Bean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tyf Kgg!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Sergei Dronov and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Kgg.

Kgg closes the distance and clinches.

Kgg breaks from the clinch.
Bean leaves Kgg with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Kgg darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Bean is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kgg pulls his head out easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kgg is looking to take a break and control but Bean is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kgg performing his best blanket impression for a moment.

Kgg is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bean is just riding it out for now. Kgg eventually gives up the hold.
Kgg looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bean manages to get to full guard.
Bean is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Bean working for a triangle but Kgg defends it easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kgg wants to control from the top but Bean keeps moving.
Kgg controls from within his opponent's guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Kgg manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Bean on his heels. He'll look to pass Bean's guard now, I'm sure.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Kgg sitting in guard here, content to control.

Bean is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Kgg controls from within his opponent's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tyf Kgg dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


A nice inside leg kick there by Kgg. That's going to slow Bean down.
Kgg fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bean avoids it really well and circles away.
Kgg has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
No joy there for Kgg, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kgg tries a low kick but Bean avoids it.
Bean tries to counter by clinching up but Kgg breaks away and moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kgg closes the distance and clinches up with Bean, looking for a takedown. Kgg pushes Bean against the cage but Bean circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A quick step to the side and Bean tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Tyf Kgg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bean tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kgg sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bean somewhat.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Kgg rushes Bean and presses him up against the cage.

Bean ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bean no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Kgg seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Bean will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Kgg would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Bean is looking for a triangle but Kgg pushes his legs off easily.
Bean really is a fat lump.
Kgg trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kgg is stalling in the full guard.
Kgg is continuing to stall.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Bean looking to control.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Kgg closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Bean jumps guard.
Kgg throwing strikes from guard but Bean blocks nicely.
Kgg postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Kgg sitting in guard here, content to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Let's hope that Kgg has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Kgg must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Kgg pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bean is keeping the position for now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Kgg shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Kgg looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tyf Kgg showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!



Kgg feints and as Bean raises his hands in defense, Kgg changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Kgg pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bean is keeping the position for now.

Kgg stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Horrible takedown attempt by Kgg or perhaps it was just good defense by Bean, which made it look bad.
Bean is looking for a counter combo.
A head kick misses from Kgg.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kgg gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Kgg's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Kgg pulls guard successfully.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bean postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Kgg is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Bean prevents Kgg from getting back to his feet.
Kgg working a defensive guard but Bean passes into half guard.
Kgg is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Bean jumps into side control!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
You can see the frustration on Kgg's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kgg can do anything to dispel that myth.
Bean gets to mount! Kgg was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Kgg really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bean. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bean lands a heavy elbow.
Tyf Kgg has got the better of the ground game so far.
Kgg really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Kgg tries to lock up and control but Bean gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kgg is desperately trying to improve his position but Bean has a good base and remains in mount.
Bean dominating with strikes here.
Kgg tries to buck Bean off but Bean takes his back!
Kgg is trying to break free.
Kgg trying to control the position but Bean manages to sink in the hooks.
Bean missing with strikes from the back.
You can see the frustration on Kgg's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Kgg trying to control the action but Bean just sinks the hooks in.
Kgg is trying to get back to his feet but Bean has full control of the position and if anything, Kgg has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Bean looking to break Kgg's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Kgg remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Bean will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Kgg trying to control the hands but Bean breaks the grip.
Kgg tries to break free.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Kgg wants to get back to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight!
Clay Bean showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Kgg has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
