The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deathgrip avoids a punch combination nicely.
House lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Deathgrip backs up against the cage.
A low kick from Deathgrip misses
and House counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
House sizes up Deathgrip with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
House displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Deathgrip.
House looks to land a combination. Deathgrip sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
House throws a body kick that misses.
No joy there for House, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
House lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
House goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Deathgrip is rocked!
Deathgrip misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from House.
Oh Deathgrip is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Deathgrip fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
House walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Deathgrip drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! House swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Deathgrip's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brick House!
Brick House decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
