Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucien Avery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Rollins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Seth Rollins was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lucien Avery! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Seth Rollins! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rollins tries to clinch but Avery moves out of range. Rollins tries to keep at a distance but Avery has taken the fight into the clinch. Rollins manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Avery postures up and lands a big shot to Rollins's brow. Avery preventing the sweep. Rollins really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Avery. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Rollins looking to control but Avery passes into half guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rollins avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Avery. Avery drops an elbow to the side of Rollins's head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Avery working Rollins over with strikes. Rollins tries to roll over but Avery keeps him under control. Avery really is a fat lump. Rollins looks like he's trying to stand up.
Avery not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Nice strikes from Avery there. Rollins is looking to improve his position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Avery connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Rollins some visible discomfort.
Avery is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Rollins knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Rollins takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Avery tries for a kimura but Rollins is defending well. Avery thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Avery is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rollins is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Avery throws an elbow but Rollins slips to the side and avoids it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Avery wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Rollins, who protects the arm well. Avery is trying to get an arm triangle but Rollins is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Avery is working Rollins over with some ground and pound from side control. Rollins wants to control but Avery postures up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rollins wants to get back to his feet but Avery is dominant here and he's now got Rollins's back! Avery patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lucien Avery dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Rollins closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rollins lands in his opponent's guard. Avery is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Rollins can do to turn this around? Rollins advances to half guard. Avery tries to roll over but Rollins keeps him under control. Avery might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Avery manages to escape and get back to his feet! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rollins fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Avery sprawls well initially but Rollins persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Avery holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Avery pushes Rollins off and gets back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rollins throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Avery tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rollins is in Avery's guard. Rollins is breathing heavily. Avery utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Rollins trying to control but Avery is working from the bottom. Rollins looking to sit in guard and control but Avery gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Rollins isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Avery stacks Rollins on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Avery! Avery is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Rollins looks calm but he's in trouble here. Avery gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Rollins is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Avery lets go of the hold and Rollins can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Lucien Avery!
