Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chubby Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Neely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson comes into the arena with Smooth up in ya -by- Bulletboys blaring out of the sound system. Neely has chosen Cracker - Low as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a shot from downtown. Neely moves away and avoids it.
Neely connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch but Neely swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Neely looks to land a body kick but Johnson moved away.

I was talking to Johnson's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Chubby Johnson very nearly forgot to thank Beaver Jooce! amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
Jack Neely spoke after the fight, saying 'Shame my mug's looking like Gerry Cheevers face mask, have to start considering sparring duties before calling it a day.'.
