Da Silva comes to the cage accompanied by The Flaming Lips - Race for the Prize. Bishop Jr has chosen The Desolation of Smaug as his entrance music. Sonny Bishop Jr told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Da Silva throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Da Silva connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bishop Jr. Bishop Jr circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

It looks like Sonny Bishop Jr has been cut.

Da Silva scores with a sloppy right hand. Bishop Jr should have avoided that one.
Bishop Jr takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Horrible takedown attempt by Bishop Jr or perhaps it was just good defense by Da Silva, which made it look bad.
