Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Cesar Waters! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Royler Mauro! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Glass and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mauro throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Oooooh!!! Mauro has knocked Waters down with a huge combo! Mauro steps away and waves a wobbly Waters back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Cesar Waters has been cut. Mauro misses with the combination.

It looked like Waters wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. This has been an exciting period of action! Waters fails to land the takedown. Waters darts in looking for a takedown but Mauro gets double underhooks and turns Waters into the cage. Mauro unleashes a big counter combination but Waters bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Mauro keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Horrible takedown attempt by Waters or perhaps it was just good defense by Mauro, which made it look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cesar Waters. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mauro scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mauro stands up and we're back to a striking position. Mauro misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Waters gets in close and instigates a clinch. Mauro has had enough of the clinch but Waters keeps him there for the moment. Mauro gets control of Waters's arms and successfully pulls guard. Mauro will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Mauro wriggles free and stands up. Waters dodges the punch combination from Mauro.
Mauro fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Waters, pushing him back against the cage. Waters gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Mauro regains guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mauro manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Waters manages to get himself to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mauro throws a strike but Waters rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Mauro scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Mauro clinches up with Waters and pushes him back against the cage. Waters fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Mauro wants to break free but Waters has control.
Waters pulls guard. Mauro is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Waters is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mauro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Waters swivels though and keeps the full guard. Mauro gets to his feet. Waters looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Mauro drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mauro is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Mauro tries to score with some ground and pound. Waters controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Mauro is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Waters will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Waters stops Mauro from passing to mount. Waters is trying to buck Mauro off. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mauro decides to stand up, so the ref orders Waters to his feet. Mauro shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Mauro stands up from Waters's guard - Mauro perhaps looking for a knockout. Mauro lands a slapping body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Royler Mauro dominated that round. The cut man is working on Cesar Waters's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Mauro changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Waters looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Mauro stands up. Mauro throws a right hand that Waters ducks under and follows up with a left that Waters also avoids with ease. Waters backs away from a small jab... but Mauro lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Waters crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Mauro with a spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Royler Mauro!
