Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Seymour (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Djin Dawn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tom Seymour! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Djin Dawn! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, John Mangel and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Seymour will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. A head kick misses from Dawn. No luck for Seymour with that takedown attempt. Dawn looks like he wants to counter punch here. A big right from Dawn misses. Seymour moves out of range as Dawn strikes. Dawn has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Seymour is landing a low percentage of strikes. Dawn misses with a looping left. Seymour drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sloppy strikes there by Seymour. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dawn can do anything to dispel that myth. Dawn is not content to let Seymour control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You can see the frustration on Dawn's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dawn tries to buck Seymour off but Seymour is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Seymour grinds an elbow into Dawn's temple. Dawn is trying to buck Seymour off. Dawn manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Dawn is trying to stand up here but Seymour is controlling him well. Seymour wants to take a breather but Dawn is having none of it. Dawn works his way to full guard. Good work. Dawn keeping moving, preventing Seymour from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Seymour is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Dawn waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Seymour. Seymour tries to counter with a takedown but Dawn is quick to defend against it. Seymour closes the distance and clinches. Dawn lands with a short head shot on the inside. Dawn misses with a shot to the kidneys.
A left hand lands to the body for Dawn.
Dawn tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Dawn presses Seymour against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Seymour is breathing heavily. Dawn tries to land knees in the clinch but Seymour avoids the damage to the body. Seymour is trying to pull guard but Dawn turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tom Seymour. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dawn throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Dawn misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Dawn manages to break the clinch.
Dawn lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dawn lands with a big right hook that stumbles Seymour - he's out on his feet here! Dawn follows up with another monster hook that separates Seymour from consciousness! Seymour falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Dawn stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Djin Dawn!
