Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tero Elo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward McLauglin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Elo comes to the cage accompanied by Lordi. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tero Elo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Edward McLauglin! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McLauglin lands with a nice combination. Elo backs away looking to recover. McLauglin cracks Elo with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Elo takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. McLauglin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Elo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Elo changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. McLauglin slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. McLauglin scores with a decent looking hook. McLauglin lands an overhand right. This has been an exciting period of action! McLauglin scores with a head kick.
McLauglin wants to clinch up but Elo keeps it at a distance. Elo takes a jab right on the kisser.
Elo takes a shot to the body in his stride.
That's one minute gone in the round. McLauglin feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Elo sprawling to the canvas! Elo rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can McLauglin finish him?!
McLauglin turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. McLauglin scores with a kick to the body.
McLauglin fails to land with a series of punches.
Edward McLauglin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. McLauglin looks to score with a jab to the body but Elo is just out of range. McLauglin throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Elo appears to be looking for a counter takedown. McLauglin throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Elo on the side of the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A chopping leg kick lands by McLauglin. Elo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and McLauglin connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Elo scrambles back to his feet. McLauglin lands with a hook. Elo tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. McLauglin shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Elo eats them both and turns towards McLauglin to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Elo is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Good standup being displayed there by McLauglin as he connects with a hook. Elo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and McLauglin connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Elo scrambles back to his feet.
Elo is rocked! A cross from McLauglin lands. Oh Elo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! McLauglin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Elo on the side of the head. McLauglin steps in with a hook that catches Elo right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! McLauglin follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Elo looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Edward McLauglin! Our winner, Edward McLauglin, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans. Tero Elo was interviewed post fight and said 'I felt great...but was not enough...sorry to let everyone dow...i feel like sh..t...i will get back to the gym train hard and finish my contract with honour'.
