Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adam Ash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Canadian Hero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Adam Ash!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Canadian Hero!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ash avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hero uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ash.

and Hero counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hero.

We've been hearing reports that Ash has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Hero regains half guard there - taking advantage of Ash's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hero accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Canadian Hero comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Hero has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
