The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Urban shoots for a takedown but Face saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Face lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Face uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Urban has time to react.
Urban shoots in but no luck this time.
Face misses with the combination.
Face pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Angel Face seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Urban avoids a kick to the body.
Face throws a right hand that Urban ducks under and follows up with a left that Urban also avoids with ease.

Urban shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Face's guard.

Urban thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Face really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Urban. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Face is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Urban drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Urban jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
