Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hung Daugherty!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daugherty will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
A chopping leg kick lands by Reid.
Reid misses with a head kick.
Daugherty really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Reid should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Reid unleashes a big counter combination but Daugherty bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Reid has eaten all the pies!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Hung Daugherty overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Reid is trying to buck Daugherty off.
Reid parries the strikes from Daugherty easily there. Daugherty is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Reid to escape.
Daugherty sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Reid is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Reid is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Daugherty has just dragged him back down to the mat.
