The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tutherland tries to land a body kick

and Angstrom counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Angstrom.
Angstrom is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Tutherland knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Angstrom on the ground.
Tutherland tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Tutherland working for a triangle but Angstrom defends it easily.

Angstrom drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Angstrom jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Angstrom pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tutherland is keeping the position for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tutherland is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Angstrom is controlling him.
Angstrom tries to free his leg and advance position but Tutherland is retaining full guard.

Tutherland wants to hit a switch here but Angstrom passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Tutherland there!
Tutherland tries to control Angstrom's body but Angstrom pushes him off. Tutherland squirms to his side and now Angstrom has his back!

Angstrom working for a choke but Tutherland is defending well.
Even with his hooks in, Angstrom manages to miss with strikes from the back.
Tutherland looking very determined here, making life difficult for Angstrom.
Angstrom lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Angstrom.

Tutherland is trying to break free.
Angstrom thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.

Tutherland defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Angstrom's arms.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Angstrom really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Tutherland.

Angstrom is cranking Tutherland's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Tutherland! He's tightened the choke and Tutherland is tapping out!
