Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nicol Bolas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson has chosen Blood of Heroes! as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bolas shoots in for a takedown but Johnson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Bolas tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Johnson is able to avoid easily.
Bolas shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
The crowd cheers as Johnson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bolas doesn't seem phased though.
Johnson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Johnson misses with a wild body shot.
Johnson digs a good hook to Bolas's body.
Nicol Bolas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Johnson wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nicol Bolas. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bolas seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Johnson shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Bolas is backing up but Johnson catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Bolas covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Johnson Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

After winning the bout, Craig Johnson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
