Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ron Dogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikki Tysson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dogg comes into the arena with Kickstart My Heart blaring out of the sound system. Ron Dogg could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mikki Tysson's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ron Dogg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mikki Tysson! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tysson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Tysson wants it to stay on the feet. Dogg tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tysson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Tysson swings away with a leg kick that misses. Dogg changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tysson tries to avoid it but Dogg manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tysson to the ground. Tysson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Dogg seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Dogg throws a series of punches but Tysson moves out of range. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Tysson! But no joy. Dogg doesn't manage to clinch there - Tysson circles away.
Tysson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dogg. Dogg circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Ron Dogg has been cut. Dogg blocks the body kick.
Dogg throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Tysson flicks out a counter leg kick but Dogg steps away. Dogg throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dogg drives through with a takedown into Tysson's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Dogg controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Tysson lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Tysson stands up over Dogg, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tysson controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Dogg keeping moving, preventing Tysson from controlling successfully. Dogg is controlling Tysson's posture. Tysson works over Dogg with some ground and pound from guard. Dogg looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Tysson working some strikes from top position.
Dogg is rocked! Tysson gets to his feet and stands over Dogg, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Dogg felt that one! Tysson unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Dogg from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mikki Tysson!
