The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batroc tried to score with a low kick but Diego checks it.
Diego scores with a jab to the body.
Diego tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Batroc is able to avoid easily.
Georges Batroc seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Batroc connects with a solid leg kick.
Batroc on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Diego takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Batroc has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Diego finds it's way round the side to connect with Batroc's head.

Diego displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Batroc throws out the jab.

Batroc looks up at the clock. Bad move! Diego lands a right hand from hell, dropping Batroc. Diego pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
