Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ueki Boku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ueki Boku!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Smith!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a wild body kick that Boku sees coming a mile off.
Boku drives through with a takedown into Smith's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Boku is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Boku stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Smith swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Smith is looking for a triangle but Boku pushes his legs off easily.
Boku's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Boku pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Smith is keeping the position for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Smith working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Boku has passed into half guard!

Boku is trying to work for a kimura but Smith is defending well.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Boku wants to pass to mount but Smith is defending the position.

Boku is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Smith is trying to maintain the position but Boku is very close to passing his half guard.

Boku trying to control the action but Smith is working from the bottom.
Boku is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Smith doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Boku.
Boku looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Boku trying to control from half guard but Smith is working away.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Smith tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Smith throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Boku on the side of the head.
Boku takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Boku tries for a takedown but Smith sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Boku shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Smith defends it nicely.
Smith dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Boku.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ueki Boku. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
No luck for Boku with that takedown attempt.
Nice takedown defense from Smith. No joy for Boku on that attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ueki Boku will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Smith throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Boku takes one to the chin there.
Boku closes the distance and clinches up with Smith, looking for a takedown. Boku pushes Smith against the cage but Smith circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Smith scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A solid body kick from Smith.
Boku blocks a head kick by Smith.
Boku looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Smith is fending him off so far but Boku persists. Nope, Smith circles away and we're back to standing.
Boku fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Smith avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ueki Boku. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Chris Smith seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Smith works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Smith is looking to land body kicks.
Boku goes for a double leg but Smith avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Smith continues to drive forward.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Boku throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Smith's waist but Smith gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boku off to one side.
Smith scores with a decent looking hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Smith throws a nice outside leg kick.

A chopping leg kick lands by Smith.
Smith throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Smith has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Smith scores with a spinning back kick!
Boku avoids a kick to the body.
Boku on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Boku misses with a takedown attempt
and Smith counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Smith gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Boku to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Smith looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Boku is defending well. Smith quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Boku has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Smith celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
