Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Grayson Crakehall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Palmer has chosen Sans Pression - Numero 1 as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Grayson Crakehall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, George Palmer! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Palmer defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Crakehall. Crakehall jabs at Palmer's body. Palmer takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Crakehall lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Palmer circles away quickly and effectively. A jab from Palmer misses. Crakehall just misses with a punch to the body.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Crakehall enables Palmer to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Crakehall manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Crakehall wants to sweep here but Palmer controlling him for the moment. Palmer drops back looking for a leg! Crakehall is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Crakehall manages to kick Palmer off! Palmer jumps back into Crakehall's guard. Crakehall is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Palmer wants to pass the guard but Crakehall is keeping the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crakehall wants to sweep here but Palmer controlling him for the moment. Palmer wants to control from the top but Crakehall keeps moving. Palmer trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Crakehall is trying to keep Palmer in close.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Crakehall throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Crakehall tries to close the distance and clinch but Palmer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Crakehall misses with a looping left. Palmer slips under a jab from Crakehall. Palmer changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Palmer lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Crakehall is looking to clinch. Crakehall shoots in and drives through. Palmer sprawls well. Crakehall definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Crakehall connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Palmer momentarily.
Palmer misses with a low kick.
Crakehall checks a low kick from Palmer. Palmer slips a jab from Crakehall. Palmer keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Palmer tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Crakehall bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Crakehall appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Crakehall closes the distance and clinches. Palmer working some nice short punches in the clinch. Palmer blocks a punch to the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Palmer tries for a takedown. No joy.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Palmer. Crakehall swings wildly with an uppercut but Palmer uses good head movement to avoid it. Palmer blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Crakehall doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Palmer taking a breather. Palmer goes for a takedown attempt but Crakehall pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Palmer buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Palmer throws a body shot but no joy. Crakehall gets the takedown into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Palmer's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Crakehall is putting a hurting on Palmer here, landing some big shots from side control. Crakehall lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Palmer down.

Palmer is rocked! A big shot lands for Crakehall! That's hurt Palmer! Will he recover? Crakehall fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
