Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jordao throws a series of strikes that have Schultz backpedaling.
Schultz tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jordao defends well and Schultz ends up having to push Jordao into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jordao takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Schultz takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Ricardo Jordao seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jordao throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Schultz was covering up waiting for the punch and Jordao finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Schultz could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Schultz is trying to keep Jordao in close.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee asks Schultz politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Schultz prefers to stall for the moment though.

Schultz pushes Jordao up against the cage in a clinch.

Schultz jumps guard but Jordao turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Schultz pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jordao swings and misses with a hook to the body.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
