The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Ellis.
Ellis stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ellis wants it to stay on the feet.

Ellis looks to land a combination but Pro avoids it well.

Pro is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Ellis is surviving well by controlling Pro's body position as best he can.

Let's hope that Pro has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Ellis has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
