Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiny McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baas Baako (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baako comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Acapella Soul - The Lion Sleeps Tonight kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Baako's head backwards.
Baako will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Baako throws a series of punches but McGee avoids them all with ease.
Baako steps to the side to avoid the strikes from McGee.
Baas Baako seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baako feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
McGee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Baako is one step ahead there.
Baako throwing strikes but missing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now McGee is on top in guard.
McGee is looking to stand up but Baako won't let him.

Baako can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as McGee controls the pace.
Baako is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
McGee's corner is telling him to maintain position.

McGee is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Baako swings for the body but McGee moves out of range.
McGee looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
McGee throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Baako sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Baako's coach down at V Elite Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Baako's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Baako pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces McGee back to the cage. Baako follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Baako tests McGee's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Baako looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for McGee!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Baako wants to lay and pray for a moment but McGee keeps working.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Baako has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for McGee!
McGee holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Baako tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Baako looking to control but McGee is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Baako throws a strike there. McGee manages to avoid it well and slips a leg under to get to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Baas Baako dominated that round.

McGee has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Baako.
Baako wants to clinch up but McGee keeps it at a distance.
McGee looks to land a left hand but Baako moved out of range nicely.
Baako takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Baako takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

McGee throws a hook to the side of Baako's head but Baako sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

McGee throws a looping overhand right but Baako ducks down to avoid it.
McGee doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
McGee looks to land a left hand but Baako moved out of range nicely.

Baako throws out a leg kick but McGee moves out of range and Baako only half commits.
McGee is looking to counter with a shot to the body.

Baako throws a combination. McGee tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Baako misses with a takedown attempt - McGee sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Tiny McGee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baas Baako.
McGee looks to score with a jab to the body but Baako is just out of range.
McGee takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Baako throws a head kick that misses
and McGee connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Baako throws a lazy uppercut
and McGee counters with a big right hand! Oh Baako is in trouble here! McGee follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
