Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marty Garcilazo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Frazier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Marty Garcilazo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Joe Frazier! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Colin Fotheringham and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Garcilazo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Frazier connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Garcilazo scrambles back to his feet. Frazier misses with a jab, cross combination.
Frazier throws a combination that misses and Garcilazo counters with a body kick that stops Frazier in his tracks momentarily. Joe Frazier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Frazier misses with a straight left. Garcilazo appears to be looking for a big counter. Frazier keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've been told by Garcilazo's head coaches at Warrior Dogs that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Good exchange - Frazier coming out on top. Frazier lands with an uppercut that bounces Garcilazo off the cage and back into range. Frazier with a jab. A punch lands to the side of Garcilazo 's head but he takes it in his stride. Frazier is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Garcilazo. The fighters circling - Frazier throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Garcilazo appears to be looking for a big counter. Frazier missing with a left hand there. Garcilazo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Frazier jabs Garcilazo right on the nose. Garcilazo blinks but takes it well. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Garcilazo misses with the combination.
Garcilazo takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
That's one minute gone in the round. Garcilazo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Garcilazo misses with a double jab.
Frazier has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Joe Frazier is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Frazier throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Frazier throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Both fighters circling a little - Garcilazo finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Frazier misses with a two punch combination.
Frazier missing with a left hand there. Garcilazo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Garcilazo is looking for a counter combo. Garcilazo tries to clinch up but Frazier circles away and keeps his distance. Frazier throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Frazier thows a left - swing and a miss! Frazier misses with a wild combination.
Frazier connects with a looping right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frazier throws a lazy right hand but Garcilazo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Garcilazo is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Frazier keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Garcilazo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Frazier finds it's way round the side to connect with Garcilazo's head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A cross from Frazier lands. A jab from Frazier misses. Frazier connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Garcilazo momentarily.

and Garcilazo counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Frazier!
Frazier is rocked! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Garcilazo lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Frazier quite badly. Frazier pulls Garcilazo in close trying to recover. Garcilazo postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Frazier on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Frazier doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marty Garcilazo! Marty Garcilazo was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
