Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between George Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mateo Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Collins's choice of entrance music: Linkin Park-Line in the Sand. This should be fireworks!

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mateo Collins! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Jonathan Paton and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stewart is looking to take this fight into the clinch. No luck with that takedown attempt from Stewart. Collins shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Stewart is trying to defend but Collins finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Collins throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Stewart tries to roll over but Collins keeps him under control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Collins throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Collins is pulling down on Stewart's head. It's preventing any offense from Stewart, at least for the moment. Collins is looking to stand up but Stewart isn't so interested in that idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Collins is trying to control the position but Stewart postures up. Collins pulls Stewart in close to prevent any damage. Collins's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Stewart blocks a low kick nicely. Stewart slaps away a takedown attempt from Collins, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Collins circles away from the clinch attempt and Collins counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Stewart! Stewart is working to avoid the ground and pound but Collins connects with a decent elbow. Stewart is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The strikes coming from Collins are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Collins in side control lands a decent elbow. Collins lands some shots froms side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mateo Collins dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Stewart throws a right and a left that both miss. Collins doesn't manage to clinch there - Stewart circles away.
Collins throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Stewart tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Collins shoots in and gets a takedown into Stewart's guard. Stewart is trying to keep Collins in close.
Collins lands a couple of digs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stewart preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Collins with a flurry of punches that miss. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Collins chips away with some ground and pound. Mateo Collins has got the better of the ground game so far. Stewart looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Collins postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Collins throws a big right hand that misses. Collins connects with a couple of short punches. Collins throws an elbow that misses. Stewart uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Collins's guard. Nice move by Stewart! Collins wants to stand and escape but Stewart is having none of it. Collins is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Stewart rolls with it to try and escape but Collins cranks on the arm and Stewart is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Mateo Collins! A less than humble Mateo Collins misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
