Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, David Sharpe!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Glass and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sharpe clinches with his opponent.
Sharpe looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Schultz manages to break the clinch.
David Sharpe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sharpe closes the distance and pushes Schultz back into the cage.

Sharpe tries to bum rush Schultz with a series of wild strikes but Schultz uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Horrible takedown attempt by Schultz or perhaps it was just good defense by Sharpe, which made it look bad.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Schultz is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Sharpe sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Sharpe checks a leg kick.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Schultz misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Schultz dives in for a single leg takedown but Sharpe sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
