Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emil Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kale Andrews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Emil Alvarez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kale Andrews! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alvarez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Andrews swivels and escapes. Andrews looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Alvarez shoots in for a takedown but Andrews shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Kale Andrews seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Andrews fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Alvarez to the ground. Andrews is now in Alvarez's guard. Alvarez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Alvarez trying to control the position.
Andrews throws a big right hand that misses. Alvarez controls Andrews momentarily but Andrews frees himself. Andrews won't allow Alvarez to sweep him here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Andrews looking to sit in guard and control but Alvarez gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Andrews wants to stand but Alvarez is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alvarez throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Andrews works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Andrews has an active guard here but Alvarez has managed to pass into half guard.
Alvarez really is a fat lump. Alvarez seems to be working for a kimura but Andrews defends the submission attempt. Andrews keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Andrews looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Alvarez is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Andrews is just riding it out for now. Alvarez eventually gives up the hold. Alvarez missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Alvarez seems to be looking for submissions.
Andrews is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Alvarez jumps into side control! Alvarez tries for a kimura but Andrews is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Andrews struggling a bit here.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Andrews feints and as Alvarez raises his hands in defense, Andrews changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Alvarez trying to keep a closed guard but Andrews is proving a slippery customer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Andrews pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Alvarez is keeping the position for now. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Alvarez is on top in guard.
Andrews wants to stand up but Alvarez is controlling him. Alvarez would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Alvarez accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Kale Andrews will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Andrews drives through with a takedown into Alvarez's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Andrews stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Alvarez swivels though and keeps the full guard. Alvarez is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Alvarez looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Andrews trying to control the position from guard on top but Alvarez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Andrews throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Andrews pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Alvarez is keeping the position for now. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Alvarez not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Andrews. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Alvarez shoots in but Andrews avoids the takedown attempt easily. Andrews scores with a takedown into Alvarez's guard. Alvarez working for a triangle but Andrews defends it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Andrews postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Alvarez has a closed guard, preventing Andrews from standing up. Alvarez trying to control the position here. Andrews stops Alvarez from standing up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Andrews trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Alvarez keeping moving, preventing Andrews from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Alvarez dives in and grabs Andrews's left leg, looking for a takedown. Andrews pushes down on Alvarez's head and hops out. Alvarez dodges the punch combination from Andrews.
Alvarez doesn't manage to clinch there - Andrews circles away.
Alvarez feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Andrews is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Alvarez is aware though and is defending well. Andrews not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Kale Andrews showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

He's pushed Alvarez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Andrews scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Andrews throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Alvarez because Andrews loaded up on that one. Alvarez wants to hold on but Andrews pushes him away. A nice elbow there by Andrews. Andrews goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Alvarez turns into him and now he's in Andrews's guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Alvarez throws a big elbow that misses.
And that's the end of the fight! Kale Andrews comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Andrews has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
