The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slash wants to clinch up but Damon keeps it at a distance.
Slash fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Damon, pushing him back against the cage.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Damon decides to stand back up. Damon steps back and let's Slash get back to his feet.

That was a close second round but I would say that Matt Damon will probably get the nod.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Matt Damon.
