The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffith circles away from the clinch attempt.

Mitchell closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Griffith quickly recovers to half guard.

Griffith closes the distance and clinches up with Mitchell, looking for a takedown. Griffith pushes Mitchell against the cage but Mitchell circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mitchell lands a right hook to the body.

Mitchell is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Griffith's half guard.
Griffith really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Well Mitchell has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
