Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Lashley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunnar Axiom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Gunnar Axiom was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Bart Greer and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lashley is looking to clinch.
Nice takedown defense from Axiom. No joy for Lashley on that attempt.
Axiom swats away the attempt to clinch by Lashley.
Lashley tries to clinch but Axiom moves away
and Axiom counters with a left to the body.
Axiom displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Lashley throws out the jab.
Lashley shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Axiom throws a lazy head kick
and Lashley counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Lashley shoots in and drives through. Axiom sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobby Lashley. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Axiom punishes Lashley's body with a nice straight punch.

Lashley is breathing heavily.
Axiom scores with a sloppy right hand. Lashley should have avoided that one.
Axiom lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Axiom has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Lashley moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Donk. Axiom catches Lashley right on the button with a cross.
Nice sprawl there from Axiom as Lashley shoots in.
Axiom lands a big uppercut and Lashley crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Lashley looks OK. Axiom waves Lashley back to his feet!
Lashley is rocked!
Axiom flashes Lashley a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Lashley's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Lashley crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Axiom punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
