Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between King Bradley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Patterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for King Bradley has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, King Bradley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Patterson! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bradley swings for the body but Patterson moves out of range.
Patterson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Bradley appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Bradley doesn't manage to clinch there - Patterson circles away.
Patterson connects with a leg kick. Bradley looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Bradley throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Patterson needs to keep his hands up - Bradley had a free shot at his head there. Bradley throws a shot from downtown. Patterson moves away and avoids it. Patterson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bradley defends it well. Bradley lands with a nice body punch. Bradley misses with a body shot.
Patterson throws a big shot that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Patterson misses with a takedown enabling Bradley to counter with a crisp jab. Bradley falls off balance throwing a combination
and Patterson counters with a one-two to the body. Patterson staying out of range there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Patterson clinches. Bradley throws a punch but it's blocked by Patterson. Patterson is pushing Bradley up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Patterson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
King Bradley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bradley lands a slapping body shot.
A jab from Bradley does it's job there. Bradley tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Patterson was well out of range. Poor timing from Bradley. Patterson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Bradley misses with a straight right. Patterson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bradley, pushing him back against the cage. Patterson fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Bradley tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Patterson blocks a body shot from Bradley. Patterson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Patterson shoots in and drives through. Bradley sprawls well. King Bradley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Patterson. Patterson staying out of range there. Patterson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bradley is fending him off so far but Patterson persists. Nope, Bradley circles away and we're back to standing. Bradley tries to clinch up. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bradley lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Patterson at a distance.
Patterson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bradley lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

and Patterson counters with a thumping low kick. Bradley fails with an attempt to clinch.
Patterson is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Patterson walks into a stiff left hand from Bradley. Bradley swings and misses with a hook to the body.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Patterson throws a sloppy head kick and Bradley connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bradley catches Patterson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Bradley misses with the combination.
Nice body punch from Bradley. Patterson thows a body kick. Bradley tries to catch it but that hurt him. Patterson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bradley.
Patterson closes the distance and clinches. Bradley wants to break the clinch but can't.

Patterson has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Bradley after a bit of a struggle. Patterson pulls Bradley into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Patterson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bradley manages to get himself to full guard.
Patterson passes Bradley's left leg - he's now in half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Patterson performing his best blanket impression for a moment. It looks like Patterson might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Patterson is continuing to stall. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
King Bradley dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Patterson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Bradley's sensitive parts. Bradley jabs Patterson right on the nose. Patterson blinks but takes it well. A cross from Bradley lands. Bradley throws a right and a left that Patterson avoids nicely. Bradley misses with a body shot.
Patterson ducks under a wild hook from Bradley. Bradley lands a really nice looking cross but Patterson seems unphased.
Bradley digs a good body shot into Patterson's ribs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Patterson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bradley defends it nicely. Patterson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bradley.

Despite the aggression on Patterson's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Bradley is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Patterson can do to turn this around?

and Patterson counters with a shoot takedown. Bradley fights it but they end up in guard. Bradley is trying to hold Patterson in close to prevent damage but Patterson has managed to pass into half guard.
Patterson decides to return to a standing position. Bradley scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Nice takedown defense from Bradley. No joy for Patterson on that attempt. Bradley jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

This has been an exciting period of action! Bradley throws a good cross that connects.
Patterson tries to clinch there but Bradley circles away.
Bradley throws a body shot but no joy. The fighters circling - Bradley throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Patterson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bradley's guard. Patterson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bradley wants to hit a switch here but Patterson passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Bradley there! Patterson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Patterson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bradley can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Patterson stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Patterson fails with a takedown attempt. Bradley appears to be looking for a counter takedown. King Bradley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Patterson. Patterson is looking to clinch. Bradley fails with an attempt to clinch.
Patterson tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Bradley counters with a right hand to the body. Bradley feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pattersons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Patterson shoots for a takedown but Bradley saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
King Bradley dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Bradley tries to work over Patterson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Bradley blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Bradley can't break the clinch.
Patterson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Patterson keeping full guard, as Bradley tries to pass. Patterson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bradley manages to get himself to full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Patterson not landing any meaningful shots this time. Bradley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Patterson on the ground. Bradley has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Patterson is working away from the top position though. Patterson works his way into side control. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bradley parries the strikes from Patterson easily there. Patterson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Bradley to escape.
Frank Patterson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! King Bradley is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Patterson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bradley is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
And that's the end of the fight! King Bradley showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bradley, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
