The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruth shoots for a double leg takedown but Logan sprawls well. He's pushed Kruth's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Kruth fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Logan avoids it really well and circles away.

Kruth connects with a leg kick. Logan looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Logan controls Kruth momentarily but Kruth frees himself.
Kruth throwing strikes from guard but Logan blocks nicely.
Logan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Kruth ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kruth dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Logan. That did some damage!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Kruth jabs Logan to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Logan tries to clinch but Kruth moves out of range.
Kruth throws a quick inside leg kick.
Kruth misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Logan throws a counter combo.
Sloppy strikes from Logan. Those never looked like landing.
Kruth looks for a takedown but Logan sprawls well.
Logan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kruth manages to avoid it.
Logan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kruth stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Kruth shoots in for a takedown but Logan shows good takedown defense.

Logan connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Kruth goes for a double leg but Logan avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Logan continues to drive forward.

Logan appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Kruth.
Logan wants to control but Kruth postures up.
Logan tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Kruth looks up at the clock and then as Logan takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Kruth smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Logan is looking for a sweep.
Logan gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Logan is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kruth's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kruth's back!

Logan thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Kruth can't escape the position.
Kruth looking very determined here, making life difficult for Logan.

Kruth is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Logan gets his way!
Will Logan go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Kruth is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Logan is trying to stick to Kruth's back but Kruth is turning into Logan. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Logan's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Kruth.

Gar Logan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Logan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Kruth changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Logan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Logan has his hands clasped together around Kruth's back. He's all about the action.
Kruth thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Kruth with the ground and pound but Logan uses the opportunity to regain guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Logan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kruth defends well.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Logan is on top in guard.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Logan looks to throw the jab but Kruth is out of range.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
No joy there for Logan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Logan keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Kruth shoots in looking for a takedown. Logan tries to sprawl out of it but Kruth keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Logan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Logan throws a head kick that half lands.
Kruth cracks Logan with a right hand to the side of the head.

Logan pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kruth back to the cage. Logan follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Logan lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Kruth falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
