Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cody Pack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beto Castillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Dirk Anderson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castillo shoots in and drives through. Pack sprawls well.
Pack throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Castillo was covering up waiting for the punch and Pack finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Pack avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Pack content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Well, if Pack is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Castillo is trying to control but can't.

Pack tries to score a power double leg takedown but Castillo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pack somewhat.

My spies in Cozad The Island inform me that Castillo has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
