Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Ziadouh!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, David Schapiro and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ziadouh is looking to chop away at Gilly's legs.
Gilly seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Ziadouh wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Gilly definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Gilly moves away from the strike by Ziadouh.
Ziadouh lands a glancing blow to the side of Gilly's head.
Ziadouh throws a lazy right hand but Gilly sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A jab from Ziadouh does it's job there.
Ziadouh misses with a straight left.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A swing and a miss from Ziadouh.
Ziadouh throws a leg kick
and Gilly counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Gilly.

A right handed body shot lands from Gilly.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ziadouh has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Ziadouh's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ziadouh looks to throw the jab but Gilly is out of range.
Ziadouh misses the jab.
As Ziadouh tries to get set, Gilly tries to push him back and clinch up but Ziadouh manages to avoid the attempt.
Gilly slips under a jab from Ziadouh.
Gilly tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Ziadouh manages to circle out of the way.
Ziadouh throws a series of punches but Gilly avoids them all with ease.
Ziadouh throws a right hand that Gilly ducks under and follows up with a left that Gilly also avoids with ease.
Ziadouh misses with a wild combination.
Gilly tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Ziadouh manages to circle out of the way.
Gilly showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ziadouh.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ziadouh misses with an uppercut. Gilly saw that one coming.
As Ziadouh tries to get set, Gilly tries to push him back and clinch up but Ziadouh manages to avoid the attempt.
The crowd cheers as Ziadouh lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gilly doesn't seem phased though.
Gilly is rocked!
Ziadouh lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Gilly up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Ziadouh from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Gilly's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ivan Ziadouh!
