Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Piston Honda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Piston Honda has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Piston Honda! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Black! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Bruno Hogan and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Black decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Black wants to pass to mount but Honda is defending the position. Black moves nicely into side control. Black wants to lay and pray for a moment but Honda keeps working. Black sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Honda is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Honda tries to bench press Black off him but Black keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Black trying to control the position but Honda is working away. Black might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Honda kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Black shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Black showed some decent athleticism there. Black prevents Honda from improving his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Black seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Black trying to control the action but Honda is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Black wants to pass to mount but Honda is defending the position. Black is looking to take a break and control but Honda is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Black is working for a submission of some sort.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Black wants to control but Honda is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Honda is looking to score with low kicks. Black looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Honda! Black sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Black dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.
Black is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Honda steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Black. Honda lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. A punch combination from Honda misses. Honda thuds a left hand into Black's body. Honda thows a body shot but no joy. Honda misses with a wild combination.
Honda looks to land a left hand but Black moved out of range nicely. Honda throws a looping overhand right but Black ducks down to avoid it. Honda takes a swing at Black's ribcage but misses. Honda swinging wilding here.
Black looks for a takedown but Honda sprawls well. Piston Honda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Honda thows a body shot but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Black closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Black is breathing heavily. Honda has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Black is working away from the top position though. Black is keen to just control but Honda is a slippery customer. Black is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Honda defends it well. Honda is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Honda trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Black avoids the attempt from Honda to control. Black tries to control but Honda wriggling away. Honda knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Black on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Black moves to the back. Black is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Honda defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Black working for the choke. Black working for the choke. Honda is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Black gets his way!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Piston Honda dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Black misses with a takedown attempt - Honda sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Black takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Honda throws a right and a left that Black avoids nicely. Piston Honda is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Black slips a jab from Honda. Horrible takedown by Black or perhaps it was just good defense by Honda which made him look bad. Black shoots in and drives through. Honda sprawls well. Piston Honda has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Black. Honda waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Black. Honda missing with a left hand there. Black was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Black slips under a jab. Black has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Black is rocked! Honda throws a nice looking combination but Black bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Black takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Donk. Honda catches Black right on the button with a cross. Black is still on wobbly legs! Can Honda finish him? Black bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Honda comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Black falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Black was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Piston Honda!
