Malnon comes into the arena with Day of the Dead blaring out of the sound system. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

A head kick misses from Malnon.
Nice sprawl there from Malnon as Gracie shoots in.
Gracie with a poor takedown
and Malnon counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Riley Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Malnon!
Malnon is not content to let Gracie control the position.
Malnon is breathing heavily.
Gracie advances to mount.
Gracie working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Malnon turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Gracie off and cradles Malnon's limp body as Gracie celebrates with his corner.
