Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yeo Jae Suk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Ventura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jae Suk comes to the cage accompanied by DJ SNAKE - GET LOW. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 19 - 0, fighting out of London, Yeo Jae Suk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Anthony Ventura!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Topper Green and Ron Honeybunn.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ventura throws a body kick that misses.
Ventura lands with an uppercut that bounces Jae Suk off the cage and back into range.


It looks like Yeo Jae Suk has been cut.
Ventura throws an off balance right hand
and Jae Suk counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Ventura clinches up against the cage.
Ventura pushes Jae Suk back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Jae Suk tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Ventura avoids it.
Ventura tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Jae Suk missing with knees to the body.
Jae Suk prevents a body shot from Ventura.
Jae Suk misses with the head strike.
Ventura has a couple of punches blocked by Jae Suk.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
A right hand to the body from Ventura.
Ventura tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Jae Suk keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Ventura's efforts to push away.
Ventura's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Ventura's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Ventura has hold of one of Jae Suk's legs. Jae Suk is fighting the takedown attempt but Ventura gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ventura distracts Jae Suk with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Ventura wants to get up but he can't break Jae Suk's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ventura wants to control from the top but Jae Suk keeps moving.
Jae Suk wants to sweep here but Ventura controlling him for the moment.
Ventura with a flurry of punches that miss.
Jae Suk is trying to hold Ventura in close to prevent damage but Ventura has managed to pass into half guard.
Ventura working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Jae Suk gets back to full guard.

Jae Suk manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Ventura fails to land the takedown.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ventura throws out a loose jab but Jae Suk uses good head movement to avoid it.
As Ventura backs away, Jae Suk returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Ventura clinches up with Jae Suk and pushes him back against the cage.
Jae Suk is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Ventura is defending well for now.
Ventura cracks Jae Suk with a nice body shot.
Ventura swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Ventura tries a body shot but Jae Suk blocks it.
The referee is keeping an eye on Jae Suk - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Ventura tries for a takedown but Jae Suk manages to get underhooks.
A knee to the head by Jae Suk.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ventura misses with a body punch.
Ventura tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Ventura managing to block the knees to the body from Jae Suk.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Jae Suk tries to land knees in the clinch but Ventura avoids the damage to the body.
Ventura gets through Jae Suk's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Ventura stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Jae Suk is breathing heavily.
Ventura lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Ventura's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A jab from Jae Suk misses.
Ventura darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Ventura throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Jae Suk makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Ventura pounces like a tiger and cracks Jae Suk with a vicious hook! Jae Suk is down but not out! Ventura follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Anthony Ventura!
An out of breath Anthony Ventura thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
