Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Valko Dragov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yan Beliveau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dragov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Go to Sleep - Eminem, Obie Trice, & DMX. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Valko Dragov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Yan Beliveau! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beliveau fails with the takedown. Dragov scores with a nice strike. Nice cross by Dragov. Beliveau goes for a double leg but Dragov avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Dragov continues to drive forward. Dragov closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dragov lands in his opponent's guard. Dragov slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dragov postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dragov working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Beliveau's head. Dragov pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Beliveau is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beliveau controls Dragov momentarily but Dragov frees himself. Dragov is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Beliveau trying to keep a closed guard but Dragov is proving a slippery customer.
Dragov lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Beliveau looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dragov is one step ahead there. Dragov is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Dragov forces his way into half guard. Dragov keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Dragov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dragov scoring with strikes to the body and head. Beliveau is refusing to be controlled, as Dragov sits in half guard. Dragov works his foot free and advances to mount. Dragov breaks from Beliveau's wrist control and lands an elbow. Dragov working away from the top, dropping strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dragov lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Beliveau is rocked! Oooooh, big shot lands for Dragov! Beliveau is hurt baaadly! Dragov is firing away with more strikes - Beliveau is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
