Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gator Bait (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ian Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bait's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Alligator under my bed. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Gator Bait! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ian Turner! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Turner misses with a hook. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Turner.
Bait throws a head kick but Turner moves out of range.
Turner misses with a straight right. Bait half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Bait throws a one two combo.
Turner looks to land a right hand but Bait moved out of range. Turner uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bait.
A nice combination there by Bait.
Turner is looking to clinch. Bait blocks a jab. Bait is looking for a counter combo. Bait scores with a jab. Bait jabs Turner right on the nose. Turner blinks but takes it well. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bait scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Turner is rocked! Turner jabs at Bait's body. Turner throws a right and a left that both miss. Bait misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bait throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Turner takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Turner jabs at Bait's body. A low kick from Turner misses and Bait counters with a lovely straight right hand! A combination from Bait does no damage. Turner misses with an uppercut. Turner digs a good hook to Bait's body.
Nice uppercut there from Turner. Turner throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Turner avoids the head kick by Bait.
Bait tries to bum rush Turner with a series of wild strikes but Turner uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Turner lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Bait walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Bait throws a head kick but Turner moves out of range.
Turner was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Turner feints and then cracks Bait's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bait down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bait tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bait throws a looping overhand right but Turner ducks down to avoid it. Turner looks to land a left hand but Bait moved out of range nicely. Turner misses the jab. Bait throws a head kick but Turner moves out of range.

and Turner counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Bait is breathing heavily. Turner throws a shot to the body.
Turner fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bait. Turner bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Turner uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bait has time to react. Turner gets a clinch. Turner tries to work over Bait's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. I was talking to Bait's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Turner misses with a hook to the ribs.
Turner content to slow the pace in the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bait looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Bait wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Bait tries to break the clinch but Turner is controlling the position. Bait wants to break free but Turner has control.
Bait has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Turner has Bait pressed against the cage, preventing Bait from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Bait wants to break free but Turner has control.
Bait blocks a body shot from Turner. Bait can't break the clinch.
Turner lands with a light punch inside. Bait is looking to break free of the clinch but Turner has double underhooks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Turner prevents Bait from breaking the clinch. Turner prevents Bait from breaking the clinch. A frustrated look appears on Bait's face as he tries to break the clinch. Bait is trying to break free. Turner misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Bait is trying to force a seperation but Turner has the dominant position. Turner misses with some punches.
Turner pushes off an throws an elbow but Bait leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Bait breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. No joy there for Bait, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Turner now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Turner slips under a jab from Bait. Bait scores with a head kick. Turner tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ian Turner will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Turner bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Turner lands a nice looking body kick. Turner throws out a loose jab but Bait uses good head movement to avoid it. An attempted straight right counter from Bait misses the target. Bait misses with a combination
and Turner counters with a good low kick that Bait was not able to check. Bait has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Turner is looking to clinch but Bait is avoiding it.
Bait drops down looking for a counter takedown but Turner sprawls and moves away. Ian Turner seems to be getting the better of the standup. Bait misses with a few strikes there.
Turner uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bait. Turner tries a quick counter leg kick but Bait is wise to it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bait misses with a series of wild punches.
Bait throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Turner fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Turner uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Turner pushes Bait up against the cage in a clinch. Turner scores with a shot to the side of Bait's head. Turner tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Bait wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Turner. Bait is looking to break free of the clinch but Turner has double underhooks. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Bait as Turner tries to tie him up. Turner doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Turner lands with a short head shot on the inside. A short right hand to the side of the head by Turner. Bait wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Turner has him pressed against the cage. Turner throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Bait has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Bait's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bait scores with a head kick. Turner tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Bait misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Decent striking displayed by Turner there. Turner lands a big uppercut and Bait crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Bait looks OK. Turner waves Bait back to his feet!
Bait is rocked! Bait misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Turner.
Oh Bait is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Turner scores with a push kick. Turner circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Bait tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Turner wins by KO!
