Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Timanee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pasi Pulkannaru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Pulkannaru's choice of entrance music: Judas Priest - Pain Killer. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Timanee as Pulkannaru shoots in.
A head kick misses from Pulkannaru.
Timanee was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Oscar Timanee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Pulkannaru counters with a series of strikes. Timanee will be more careful next time no doubt.

Pulkannaru looking to score a takedown here. Timanee is defending well but Pulkannaru drives through and ends up in Timanee's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Still in half guard, Pulkannaru seems content to control.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Pulkannaru's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Timanee.
Pulkannaru throws a combination. Timanee tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looked like Timanee was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Pulkannaru is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

and Pulkannaru counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Timanee badly! Pulkannaru follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Timanee out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Pulkannaru finished him against the cage.

After winning the bout, Pasi Pulkannaru thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
