PBP Commentary |
Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Parent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yahweh Falwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Falwell's choice of entrance music: Don't Stop Believing. Bobby Parent had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Falwell can't keep his opponent in guard - Parent advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Great BJJ skills there from Parent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Bobby Parent! Yahweh Falwell spoke after the fight, saying 'Hasa diga eebowai. I guess I didn't pray hard enough, or maybe prayed too much. I bet if I rolled more instead of praying, I might have learned to defend submissions. I guess it's God's will. But to quote George Carlin: "If it's God's will and he's going to do what he wants to anyway, why'.
