Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lynn Oneal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danio Weber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Lynn Oneal has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Lynn Oneal seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Lynn Oneal! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Danio Weber! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Oneal as Weber shoots in. Weber misses the shot to the body. Weber scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Weber wants to control but Oneal is keeping him busy. Oneal wants to control but Weber is keeping busy and won't allow it. Oneal is trying to get back to full guard. Oneal looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oneal tries to get to full guard but Weber has control of the leg. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oneal is concentrating on defense, preventing Weber from advancing position. Weber wants to stand up but Oneal has a hold of him and won't allow it. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Oneal is trying to control but can't.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Weber tries to score a power double leg takedown but Oneal sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Weber somewhat. Weber scores with a takedown into Oneal's guard. Weber looks winded!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Oneal looking for a sweep. Not yet Oneal, not yet. Oneal looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Oneal preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Weber postures up.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Weber looking to sit in guard and control but Oneal gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Weber keeping full guard, as Oneal tries to pass. Oneal with a nice head shot there. Weber trying to control the position.
Oneal trying to control but Weber is working from the bottom. Weber wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Oneal passes into half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Weber can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Oneal thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Weber's head. Weber is trying to maintain the position but Oneal is very close to passing his half guard. Oneal thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Oneal decides to stand and escape the position. Oneal displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Weber. Lynn Oneal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danio Weber. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Oneal circles away from the clinch attempt.
Oneal seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Danio Weber will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Weber is looking for a sweep. Oneal is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Weber is staying active underneath Oneal, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Lynn Oneal overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Weber is breathing heavily.

We've been informed that Weber has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Oneal trying to control but Weber is working from the bottom. Weber looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Oneal is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Weber drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Oneal throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Oneal is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Weber is controlling him. Oneal has his feet on Weber's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Weber closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Oneal is looking for a sweep. Weber is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Weber is trying to control. Oneal wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Weber stops Oneal from getting back to his feet.
Oneal is trying to maintain the position but Weber is very close to passing his half guard. Weber seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Oneal does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Oneal is trying to stand.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Oneal gets a clinch. Oneal tries to break free but Weber pushes him back against the cage. Weber has Oneal pressed against the cage, preventing Oneal from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Weber is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Oneal to keep the fight standing. Lynn Oneal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danio Weber. Oneal lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Weber tries to pull guard but Oneal won't allow it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Oneal is trying to break free. Oneal tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Lynn Oneal dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Oneal shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oneal throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Weber has a hand on Oneal's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Oneal takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Oneal raining down shots from the mount! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oneal punching from mount but Weber doing a good job of avoiding damage. Weber takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Poor strikes thrown by Oneal there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

This is bad for Weber! Oneal trying to control but Weber is having none of it. Oneal is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Weber can do to turn this around? The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Oneal cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
