Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ellsworth Underwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quirinus Rai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quirinus Rai has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ellsworth Underwood! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Quirinus Rai! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rai. Rai fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Underwood avoids it really well and circles away. Underwood closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rai creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Rai is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Underwood can't fight it off and eventually Rai manages to take the fight to the floor. Underwood looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Underwood looking for a sweep. Not yet Underwood, not yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Underwood has momentary wrist control but Rai slips an elbow through the middle. Underwood controls Rai momentarily but Rai frees himself. Rai working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Rai looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Rai landing some decent shots from guard. Rai lands a couple of digs. Rai trying to control but Underwood is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rai works over Underwood with some ground and pound from guard.
Underwood is rocked! Rai gets to his feet and stands over Underwood, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Underwood felt that one! Rai unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Underwood from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Quirinus Rai! Quirinus Rai really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Phantom Fightwear logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
