PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rau Utu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stack Shillings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Phil Schofield and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Utu misses.
Shillings moves out of range of the strikes.
Utu shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Utu jabs at Shillings's body.
Shillings with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Shillings takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Shillings takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A shot to the liver by Utu. Beautiful body shot.
Utu looks to score with a jab to the body but Shillings is just out of range.
Shillings tries to score with a low kick but Utu moves his leg out of the way.
Utu throws a leg kick but Shillings sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Utu scores with a sloppy right hand. Shillings should have avoided that one.
Some bone on bone action there as Utu checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Utu fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Shillings has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Utu looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Shillings avoids the body shot from Utu.
And Shillings responds with a good body kick, but Utu manages to step out the way in time.
Shillings throws a leg kick but Utu sees it coming and moves out of range.

Utu throws a hook but Shillings avoids it easily.
Shillings walks forward, straight into a front kick from Utu.
Utu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Utu moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Utu Rushes Shillings and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Shillings is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Utu Piles on the pressure and Shillings crumples to the floor! This one is all over!

Rau Utu really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that KAISER Nutrition (160!/220$) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
