Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 7 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Borden Chantry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael D Amato!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
D Amato ducks under a wild hook from Chantry.
Chantry throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck D Amato on the side of the head.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that D Amato has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Chantry tries a head kick but it misses.
Chantry sizes up D Amato with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Chantry lands with a straight right. D Amato didn't see that one coming.
Chantry scores with a crisp jab that stopped D Amato in his tracks.
Chantry goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
D Amato let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Chantry lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A lazy left from Chantry finds it's target.
Chantry fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops D Amato to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! D Amato looks to clinch but Chantry throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! D Amato taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Borden Chantry!
During a confident post fight interview, Borden Chantry thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
