Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leyton Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Lotus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Power kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I gotta Feelin'. Lotus has chosen Eye of the tiger as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power shoots in but no luck this time.
Lotus lands a body shot.
A punch lands to the side of Lotus 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Lotus fails to land the takedown.
Power tries to clinch but Lotus moves out of range.
Lotus cracks a nice hook into Power's ribs.

Lotus prevents the takedown attempt.
Power tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Power shoots for a double leg takedown but Lotus sprawls well. He's pushed Power's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Lotus throws a combination. Power tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Power really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Power tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lotus swivels and escapes.
Power is breathing heavily.
Power gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Lotus.
Power shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Lotus misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Power tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lotus swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Power has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lotus is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Lotus looking to throw knees to the head but Power is blocking nicely.
Lotus creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Lotus tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Power just stands there and leans against the cage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lotus is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close second round but I would say that Leyton Power will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Power shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lotus's guard.

Power is really struggling to control Lotus but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Power will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lotus's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Power thows a big elbow that misses.
Power is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Lotus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Power. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lotus looking to hit a scissor sweep but Power is one step ahead there.
Lotus not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
