Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marlon Moraes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Contreras (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moraes has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Marlon Moraes looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pablo Contreras!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Glass and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moraes walks into a stiff left hand from Contreras.
Contreras swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Moraes needs to keep his hands up - Contreras had a free shot at his head there.
Moraes lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Moraes is breathing heavily.
Contreras lands an overhand right.
Contreras comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Contreras with a nice cross.
Moraes is rocked!
Moraes throws a push kick but Contreras slaps the foot to one side.
Contreras drops Moraes with a beautiful combination! Moraes stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Contreras is looking for the KO!
Oh Moraes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Contreras is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Moraes flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Moraes is out cold! Contreras holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pablo Contreras!
