0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brennan Abramson! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abramson tries for a takedown but Cote circles away easily and Cote counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cote. Cote fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Good anti-grappling being displayed by Abramson as Cote tries to tie him up. Cote breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Abramson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cote's waist but Cote gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Abramson off to one side. Abramson fails with a takedown attempt. Korey Cote has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brennan Abramson. Cote is aware though and is defending well. Abramson pulls Cote in to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Abramson tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Cote avoids a low kick by using good footwork. And that's the end of the fight! Brennan Abramson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Abramson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
