BooShay wants to stand and escape but Aliyev is having none of it.

BooShay has hold of Aliyev's hands but Aliyev slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Aliyev is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Aliyev has control of BooShay's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and BooShay regains control of the situation pretty easily.
