Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tito Ortiss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Andrade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiss drives through with a takedown into guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Andrade cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and Ortiss counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Andrade's guard now.

and Ortiss decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Andrade's guard.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Ortiss shoots in looking for a takedown. Andrade tries to sprawl out of it but Ortiss keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Andrade manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Andrade throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ortiss shoots in but no luck this time.
Andrade has his takedown stuffed
and Ortiss counters with a single leg into guard. Andrade didn't expect that.
Ortiss postures up.
Andrade might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Ortiss kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Andrade looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Ortiss puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Ortiss shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Andrade pinned against the cage. Andrade gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Andrade closes the distance and clinches up with Ortiss, looking for a takedown. Andrade pushes Ortiss against the cage but Ortiss circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Andrade is wriggling around trying to escape.
The referee warns Andrade that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Ortiss has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Andrade's face.

Ortiss seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Andrade for as long as he can get away with.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ortiss, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
