Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abramson has taken the fight to the clinch.
Russell has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Abramson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Russell wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Russell changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Abramson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Abramson lands a big head kick that sends Russell tumbling to the mat! Abramson takes a step backwards and waves Russell back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Fred Russell has been cut.
Abramson moves into the clinch successfully.
Abramson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Abramson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Abramson lands in his opponent's guard.
Abramson stands and steps away. Russell gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Abramson dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Russell has had enough and taps out.
